Men's Fencing Closes Season By Sweeping At Tufts

Medford, Mass. - The Boston College men's fencing team concluded its dual meet season at Tufts University on Saturday. The Eagles finished the day undefeated in the Northeast Fencing Conference competition.
The men's team's 5-3 conference record should position them in fourth place in the league.
BC defeated Tuft 20-7, Massachusetts 14-13, Boston University 19-8, and New Hampshire 25-2.
The epee fencers led the way for the Eagles. Alex Rios finished the day 11-1 and Sam Richardson and Pat Curley combined for an 11-2 record.
Next weekend the Eagles will travel to MIT for the New England Collegiate Fencing Championships.
