WASHINGTON, D.C. - Justin Slattery (Hampton, N.H.) and Chris McCoy (Pittsburgh, Pa.) earned singles wins and combined for the lone doubles victory to lead Boston College to 4-3 win over Georgetown to open BIG EAST play.
Also recording singles wins were Derrick Chou (Great Neck, N.Y.) and Soma Kesthely (Budapest, Hungary). Chou defeated Georgetown's Eddie Carver in straights sets, 7-5, 7-6 (5) and Kesthely beat Eric Conrad, 6-3, 6-1.
