Women's Soccer Announces The Signing Of Two Recruits

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Head Coach Alison Foley has announced the signing of two recruits for the 2004 Boston College women's soccer season. Kia McNeill (Avon, Conn.) and Nicole Reyes (Stamford, Conn.) will enroll at BC in the fall and will suit up for the 2004 Eagles.
McNeill, a 5-9 forward, is the reigning National High School Player of the Year and is a two-time NSCAA High School All-American. She was the Connecticut Player of the Year in 2003 and is a three-time All-State and All-New England selection. She led Avon High School in scoring for four years, amassing a school-record 93 career goals. In her last three seasons, Avon won three Class M State Championships and put together an unbeaten streak of 60 games. McNeill has participated in the United States U-16, U-17 and U-19 National Pools and is currently trying out for the U-19 World Cup Team.
Reyes, a 5-6 forward, was a four-year letter-winner at Trinity Catholic High School and earned all-FCIAC honors in her senior season. She was the Super Y League's leading scorer and was a four-time selection to the Connecticut Top 60 Players list. Reyes has also been named to the U-16 Super Y League Regional Team. In 2003, she led her team to the Orange Classic Championship, earning MVP honors at the event.
