
Davis, Harris Earn Hockey East Accolades

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - BC goalie Lisa Davis received Hockey East Defensive Player of the Week honors on Monday afternoon. The senior stopped a combined 80 shots this weekend in a two-game series at Maine, leading the Eagles to a 3-2 victory and 2-2 tie against the Black Bears.
Davis was unstoppable in both contests. On Saturday she turned away 46 of 48 shots and on Sunday she was equally as impressive with 34 saves. Davis posts a save percentage of .925.
Colleen Harris was also honored by the conference as Rookie of the Week for her four-point performance against the Black Bears. Harris tallied a goal and an assist in both games this weekend. The freshman has recorded nine points on the season.
The line of Harris, Sarah Feldman, and Deborah Spillane continues to be a dominant force for BC. The three combined for 10 points in the two games at Maine.
BC will continue action in Hockey East on Friday, November 19 when it travels across town to face Northeastern. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
