
King Tallies Game-Tying Goal In Four Nations Cup

Burlington, Vt. - BC women's ice hockey assistant coach Katie King scored the game-tying goal in the Four Nations Cup for the U.S. on Thursday night. The U.S. team skated to a 1-1 tie with Canada in its second game of the tournament.
King tallied the equalizer for the U.S. just 1:55 into the second period. She followed through her own rebound from the top of the crease to even the score.
On Wednesday, King also earned an assist in the 6-1 victory over Finland.
Team USA will continue play on Saturday against Sweden in the final game of preliminary action. The medal games will take place at Lake Placid on Sunday.
