Doherty To Participate In North/South All-Star Game

GLEN ALLEN, Va. - Boston College senior back Kerri Doherty (Lynnfield, Mass.) has been selected to participate in the 2004 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division I North/South Senior All-Star Game to be held November 20, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. on the campus of Wake Forest University.
Doherty is one of 19 senior players to comprise the north squad. All 38 players will be on hand for the field hockey national championship November 20-22, 2004. In addition to the 19 players, two alternates were chosen for each squad.
Doherty, a tri-captain on this year's Boston College team, has collected five goals and seven assists for 17 points from her defensive position.
