Women's Basketball To Hold Fan Appreciation Day

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College women's basketball team will celebrate its Sweet Sixteen season with a Fan Appreciation Day. The Eagles extend an invitation for fans and the general public to join in the fun and celebration over the 2002-03 season.
The event will take place Sunday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. in Conte Forum. The team will share its stories of the incredible run to the Sweet Sixteen, answer questions about the 2002-03 season, and sign autographs throughout the afternoon. In addition, video highlights will run on the Conte Forum Jumbotron.
Finally, senior awards will be presented to the class comprised of Becky Gottstein (Albany, N.Y.), Kim Mackie (Peterborough, Ontario), Brianne Stepherson (Middleton, Mass.), Alicia Shields (Mandeville, La.), and Adriana Spears (Stratford, Conn.).
