Three Eagle Fencers Compete In NCAA Championships

Colorado Springs, CO-- Three members of the Boston College Fencing team competed in the NCAA Fencing Championships this past weekend at the Air Force Academy. Sophomore Tiffany White was the lone representative for the Eagles on the women's side. White finished 20th in the women's Epee division. The Heights' other two fencers competed in men's Foil. Freshman Brian Sohn led the Boston College contingent with a 15th place finish and was followed by junior Paul Taylor who earned a 24th place mark.
The efforts of the three fencers earned the Eagles a tie for 19th place in the team competition that was won by Notre Dame. Pennsylvania State University and St. John's finished second and third, respectively.
