CORAL GABLES, Fla. - The women's tennis team put on a dominating performance Sunday, March 10, defeating American, 7-0, at the Neil Schiff Tennis Center.
The Eagles (8-6) swept all nine matches on the day. They dropped just a single set, that coming in a 6-4, 0-6, (8) win at No. 1 singles by freshman Szilvia Szegedi (Dumakeszi, Hungary) over Katarina Kollarova.
American drops to 1-3 with the loss.
The team is next in action Saturday, March 15, when it faces Harvard in Cambridge, Mass. at 10 a.m.
