Giant Slalom Results From Colby Sawyer Carnival

NEWBURY, N.H. - The Boston College men's and women's skiing teams posted solid performances, finishing first and sixth, racing in giant slalom competition at the Colby Sawyer Carnival held on Friday February 14 at Mt. Sunapee.
The men poured in four top ten finishers led by junior David Guilietti (Farmington, Conn.), and senior Michael Duran (North Fayston, Vt.), who took home a share for third place. Seth Therrien (Yakima, Wash.) followed not far behind grabbing seventh while senior Barry Connolly (Milton, Mass.) finished 10th.
The women finished in sixth place overall behind a first place finish by senior Lori Williams (North Andover, Mass.). Junior Lindsay Murray (Chelmsford, Mass.) was another bright spot for the Eagles taking home a 22nd place finish.
The Eagles will take the slopes again on Saturday to complete the slalom competition at Pat's Peak in Henniker, N.H. hosted by St. Anselm College.
