Amherst, MA -- The Boston College men's tennis team blanked in-state rival Massachusetts, 7-0, Sunday afternoon at the Bay Road Tennis Club in Amherst, MA. With the win, the Eagles improve to 3-3 overall.
Sophomore Paul Colahan (Beverly, MA) led the way with a singles win at #5. Colahan improves to 4-2 on the dual match season. In doubles play, the BC tandems of Marc Lucero/Chris McCoy and Brad Anderson/Justin Slattery both improved to 4-2.
Boston College will next embark on a five-match, six-day trip to California. Their first opponent will be California-San Diego on March 4. They will also face College of the Desert (March 6), California-Riverside (March 8), Loyola Marymount (March 8), and Northern Arizona (March 9).
