Preseason double-days have finally come to an end and judging by our Sunday scrimmages our hard work has definately paid off. We beat Southern Connecticut five to nothing and we beat Yale three to two. It was so nice to play competition outside of ourselves and to see everything come together.

Our team looks really strong and the freshman have really added alot, they have really adapted well to our style of play. The returning players have obviously been working hard this summer and we are all ready to have a winning season after last year's dissappointment of not making the NCAA Tournament.

We are all looking forward to our first game under the lights against UMass on Friday in Agawam, Mass.. It is always extra exciting to play at night. I am especially psyched because my whole family will be coming to the game. It is such a nice feeling to know your family will be there to support you.
