MEN'S TENNIS DROPS DECISION AT YALE

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The Boston College men's tennis team fell in a close match against Yale Friday, by a score of 5-2.
The Eagles captured two singles points against the Bulldogs with wins from junior Marc Lucero and freshman Ross Pytko. Seniors Jason Cowett and Chris Mercurio, freshmen Justin Slattery and Paul Colahan all competed on the singles side.
Colahan and Lucero scored a solid doubles victory for the Eagles. Yale won the other two matches to earn the doubles point. Senior Matt Stutz and junior Tim Brennan partnered to compete in doubles, as did Cowett and Slattery.
The men's tennis team currently have a dual match record of 5-5 and 1-0 in the BIG EAST and will next see action at home on Sunday, February 17, at 2:00 p.m. against Hartford.
