Fencers Qualify For Junior Olympic Championships

Waltham, MASS. - Following their meet on Saturday at Brandeis University, several Boston College fencers returned to Waltham, this time to the Boston Fencing Club, to qualify for the Under-20 Junior Olympic Championships. The Junior Olympics are the national fencing championships in the under-20 and under-17 age groups. They will be held in Columbus, Ohio, on February 15.
Six individuals from Boston College's fencing team qualified for the Championships when all was said and done. Corban Rhodes and Will Lawrie qualified in men's foil, Maureen Traynor and Vanessa Eulo in women's foil and Tiffany White and Genevieve Peeples in women's epee.
