Despite Strong Performance, BC Falls to Harvard

The women's team travelled to Cambridge, MA, on Saturday for a single match against Harvard University. An outstanding performance by the BC epee squad nearly resulted in an upset victory for the Eagles. The squad won six straight bouts, with Junior Regina Lennox (Broomall, PA) going undefeated. Freshmen epeeists Kate Boyle and Gena Koufos also won two bouts each. However, BC fell just short of a victory, with a final score of Harvard 14 - BC 13.

The team will be competing for their third week straight as they travel to Brandeis University next Saturday. Rutgers, UNC, Cornell, and NYU will be attending the meet.
