The starting lineup of Cal Bouchard, Brianne Stepherson, Alissa Murphy, Becky Gottstein, and Jamie Cournoyer registered a record of 12-3 in the first 15 games. Stepherson missed the game at Syracuse on January 3 with a muscle spasm in her neck and Nicole Conway was inserted into the starting lineup with Bouchard playing point guard. Although the backcourt tandem of Bouchard and Stepherson returned to anchor the Eagles, the frontcourt lineup changed in four games, due to a sprained ankle suffered by Mackie.
