Boston College fell to No. 16 Kent 5-1 in a game played Sunday at Dix Stadium. Boston College, 3-4, recieved its only goal of the afternoon on a solo effort by Angela Hutchins (Wolfesboro, N.H.) who scored with 6:36 remaining in the first half.
Senior goaltender Jill Dedman (Orange, Conn.) was a bright spot in the defeat registering 11 saves. It was the fifth time on the season that Dedman has recorded 10 or more saves.
