SUMMARY:
Seven goals by Syracuse Freshman Katrina Hable and hat tricks from Sophomores
Lauren Brady and Jenna Szyluk helped lead Syracuse to a 16-8 victory this evening.
Syracuse posted 8 goals in both halves, including five by Hable in the first half.
Boston College never managed to keep the game close despite five goals by Senior Danielle Wood. Freshman Emily Ryan added two goals and an assist for the Eagles. Senior Tina Margetis scored Boston College's final goal with one minute remaining in the game.
Krissy Langenmayr, Stacey Brown and Karen Healy also scored for Syracuse. Carrie Balduc added three assists.
Freshman Melissa Cole stopped 14 shots for the Eagles. Boston College is now 3-6.
