Women's Hockey Plays Princeton Tough

Chestnut Hill, Mass.---The Princeton Tigers picked up their 12th win of the season, led by Andrea Kilbourne , who scored a goal and two assists in womens hockey action on Friday night at Kelly Rink on the campus of Boston College.
The Tigers(12-5-1) got on the board first as Jess Fedderly picked up the loose puck in front of the net to give Princeton the early lead at 10:58 of the first period. Boston College(4-14-2) sophomore Jen Buckley(New Canaan, CT) snapped the pucked behind PU goaltender Susan Maes, on a powerplay at 15:41 of the second to tie the game. The Tigers got the lead back for good on a goal by Melissa Deland 17:04 of the second to take a 2-1 lead into the lockeroom.
Christy Nentwig(Chesterfield, MO) made 37 saves for the Eagles to 12 saves for Princeton goalie Susan Maes.
Boston College will play host to Yale on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m.
