Power Gym
Power Gym is one of the top volleyball facilities in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The gym is attached to Conte Forum, where the Boston College basketball and hockey teams play.
The Eagles' home floor now features the Sport Court surface for volleyball events. Sport Court is one of the top volleyball surfaces in the world, and is used by both USA Volleyball and the NCAA Championship.
The facility is named after Frank Power, who spent 32 years as a scout, recruiter and assistant to six different basketball coaches. He also served as the head coach of the men's basketball team during the 1962-63 season.
Recent renovations to Power Gym provide the Eagles with an even strong and more appealing facility. In addition to receiving a new paint scheme, new storage, mounted cameras, banners, padding system and lights were added.
