Christopher Brann is in his sixth season on the Boston College staff as the director of basketball operations after spending two seasons at Denver and one at Miami in a similar position.
Brann, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, is responsible for team travel, non-conference scheduling, the Fast Break Club, budget management, film exchange and supervising the team managers as well as serving as the point person for the Boston College Basketball Summer Camps.
This is Brann's second stint at Boston College. He arrived at BC in 2006 and worked as the Director of Basketball Operations under Cathy Inglese until the 2008 season. After one season working Sylvia Crawley's staff, Brann moved to Denver and worked for Erik Johnson's and his staff as the Director of Operations.
Brann entered the world of women's basketball in 2003 as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Wright State University program. He worked there for three years before joining BC.
A graduate of Florida State University, Brann was the head manager with the women's basketball team. He also received his master's degree in sports administration from Florida State.
