BOSTON COLLEGE VS. DUKE - ALL-TIME SERIES
- Today's game marks the 23rd meeting between the Eagles and Blue Devils.
- Duke holds a commanding 20-2 lead in the all-time series.
- In ACC play, Duke is 16-1 vs. the Eagles dating back to 2006-07.
- Duke has won the last 11 meetings between the two schools.
- The lone ACC win vs. Duke came on Feb. 15, 2009 at Conte Forum (80-74).
- Tyrese Rice (21) and Joe Trapani (20) led four BC players in scoring, as the Eagles connected on 58.8% from the floor (30-51).
- BC downed Duke, 74-73, in the 1985 NCAA Tournament in Houston, Texas. Â
- The Eagles erased a five-point halftime deficit and were led by 20 points from Roger McCready and 19 from Michael Adams.
- Last season, BC dropped a 93-82 decision in Durham on Jan. 7, 2017. Â

- Graduate student Deontae Hawkins will miss the remainder of the 2017-18 season due to a knee injury.
- The 6-8, 220 lb. forward suffered the injury in the first half of the Eagles' game at Nebraska on Nov. 29. Â
- Before the injury, Hawkins was averaging 12.7 points and 10.0 rebounds through the first seven contests of the season.
- Hawkins ranked third in the ACC in rebounding and was among the conference leaders in double-doubles, with four.
