Billy Miller joins head Coach michael Stephens’ coaching staff after graduating from Boston College in May 2019 with a marketing degree from the Carroll School of Management. Miller was a four-year varsity swimmer at Boston College where he swam under coach Stephens and served as a captain his senior year. After one year away from the Heights, Miller is thrilled to return to BC as an assistant coach. He believes deeply in the passion and commitment Boston College swimmers show for continuing to build a revolutionary ACC program. He is dedicated to helping swimmers grow not only into better athletes, but better students, leaders, and people under the team banners of HEART, GRIT, and ENERGY.
During his time in Chestnut Hill, Miller was a four-time ACC qualifier, two-time school record holder, recorded five times on BC’s top-10 list, and was awarded the Mary Pawlak Award for Special Recognition during his senior campaign in 2019. In the pool, he specialized in breaststroke and sprint freestyle.
