GAMEDAY HOSPITALITY TENT INCLUDES:
Premium reserved tailgate location just steps away from alumni stadium
Ability to host up to 20 guests per tent
One parking permit in the commonwealth ave. garage

LOWER LAWN TENT VILLAGE POLICIES
- Guests must present a game ticket and e-mail confirmation for tent entry
- Each guest to receive a wristband that will allow for exit and re-entry
- Fans are allowed to bring their own beer/wine and must be stored within a cooler checked upon entry (hard liquor will not be permitted)
- Wine is permitted in single serving bottle or boxed containers
- Max of two (2) coolers per tent (coolers not to exceed 36.5”x17”)
- NO common containers (ie. kegs, party balls, etc) will be allowed
- NO glass beer bottles/containers will be allowed
- University policies, city ordinances and state laws will be enforced. Fans are prohibited from abusive drinking, drinking games, and mass or rapid consumption devices (ie. funnels, shots, etc). Public intoxication will not be tolerated and violators are subject to arrest and all tailgating privileges will be revoked.
- Each tent will have one (1) table and four (4) chairs provided
- Fans are allowed to bring in their own folding chairs as well
- The village will open when tailgating begins and ends at kick-off (postgame tailgating policies apply)
- Access to the village will close 30-minutes prior to kickoff
- Maximum of 20 people per tent
- Advanced grab-n-go pre-order tailgate food boxes prepared by BC Dining and made-to-order grill options (hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages)
- Fans will also be allowed to bring soft drinks and supplemental foods (ie. chips, dips, allergy-friendly foods, etc)
