Learn about the close ties between BC Baseball and the Boston Red Sox
Red Sox Summer Camp
The Red Sox approached BC Baseball to use the Harrington Athletics Village facilities during their MLB Summer Camp this past summer in order to maintain social distancing. The BC Police Department worked hard to ensure the Red Sox could remain healthy and socially distanced, as well as the BC community.
Beanpot
The Boston Red Sox are generous to offer Fenway Park for the annual Beanpot Championship. Baseball Beanpot is a tradition between Boston College, Northeastern, Harvard, and UMass.
ALS Awareness Game
Both Fenway Park and Jet Blue Park, the Red Sox Spring Training ballpark in Fort Meyers, have hosted several ALS Awareness Games to honor Pete Frates, former Boston College Baseball captain.

Jet Blue Park
Boston College Baseball has been fortunate to face the Red Sox several times during their Spring Training at the Jet Blue Park in Fort Meyers, Florida. This has always been a fantastic opportunity for our college players to gain experience in playing against those they will soon play alongside.
Baseball Night
Boston College Baseball has hosted an annual Baseball Night since 1991, and Fenway Park's State Street Pavilion has been generous to host for several years. Baseball Night is BC Baseball's largest annual fundraising event which contributes to funding early-season travel which is vital to the development of the program.
