Credentials
Credentials may be picked up at media will-call, which is now located at Gate B of Conte Forum at the ticket office windows. We will not mail any credentials in 2020, they must be picked up at Gate B on gamedays. Parking will be on a check-in basis as they enter the Merkert Lot off the Beacon Street entrance. Please make sure to request your parking at the time of your credential to ensure you are on the parking list.

Acceptance of a credential acknowledges and assumes risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and the bearer agrees not to use the credential in the event that he or she is sick or symptomatic.

Health and Safety Protocols
Media attending events at Alumni Stadium must complete a short online health assessment on the day of the game. Temperature checks will be administered on site and individuals must affirm that they do not feel ill or have been in contact with an individual who has the COVID-19 virus, among other items in the short form to be completed online. Individuals with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will not be permitted into the facility. A link will be provided to those who receive credentials.

A multi-layered face covering must be worn at all times in the stadium and press box. Media representatives must bring their own face covering that fully covers their nose and mouth, plus any other personal protective equipment they wish to use. Rest rooms are available on the press box level for regular hand washing on levels five and six. Hand sanitizer dispensers and sanitizing wipes will also be available in the press box and Conte Forum Media Suite.

Parking
Media parking is located in the Merkert parking lot, adjacent to the Beacon Street garage. Use the Beacon Street entrance near the Beacon Street garage to access the Merkert lot. You should request your parking at the same time you request your game credential.

Press Box Hours (New location in 2020)
The Alumni Stadium President’s Box will serve as the media’s press box area in 2020. To access the President’s Box, enter at Gate B and take the elevator to level six. All media who have a seat in the President’s Box must remain in that area the entire game. The President’s Box will open two hours prior to kickoff and will close two hours after conclusion of the game. Only those who make special arrangements with Jason Baum in advance will be permitted any earlier. If you anticipate needing additional time postgame, please check in advance with Jason Baum.
