
Doyle Recognized as 2024-25 CSCAA Scholar All-American

BC Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving programs earn Scholar All-America Team honors for the Spring 2025 semester
RICHMOND, Va. – Jack Doyle was named a 2024-25 Second Team Scholar All-American by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
To qualify for Second Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher and met a "B" time standard for the national championship or qualified for a diving zone qualification meet.
Doyle enjoyed an outstanding season for the Eagles, advancing to the C finals of the 200 IM at the ACC Championship. Â He set a new BC standard in the event, with a time of 1:44.62. Â The senior also set a new program record in the 100 breaststroke, clocking 53.77 at the conference championship meet.
The Boston College Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving programs were honored as Scholar All-America Teams for the Spring 2025 semester by the CSCAA. Â Women's Swimming & Diving earned a 3.59 grade-point average during the 2025 spring semester, while the Men's team compiled a team GPA of 3.49.Â
To earn the recognition, teams were required to achieve a GPA above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. Boston College is among the 781 teams honored across Division I, II, and III, while Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving were also two of the 654 teams with a 3.30 or higher GPA.Â
Boston College is one of 106 schools nationally to have both its men's and women's programs recognized by the CSCAA for its academic excellence during the most recent academic semester.
