W. Swimming & Diving Named CSCAA Scholar All-Americans

Evanston, Ill. – The Boston College women’s swimming and diving team was named a Scholar All-America Team as announced by College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) President Mark Bernardino on July 20.
The CSCAA bestows Team Scholar All-American accolades to each college and university swimming and diving program who achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The 2010-11 squad achieved a 3.3 GPA for the spring semester.
More than 25 women’s swimming and diving team members were recognized with the Athletics Director’s Award for Academic Achievement – recognition of student-athletes who carry GPAs of 3.00 or greater – at the All Sports Banquet this past May.
