Student-Athletes Say Thank You

More than 75 student-athletes gathered in the Conte Forum Media Suite on Sunday, April 11 to make phone calls to Flynn Fund donors thanking them for their generous support of BC Athletics. The Flynn Fund partnered with the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) to have representatives from 11 different teams reach out to donors to simply say "thank you."
Throughout the course of the evening, student-athletes such as Luke Kuechly, Carolyn Swords and Billy Flutie along with several fellow student-athletes called and wrote personalized notes to show their appreciation to nearly 1,300 Flynn Fund donors. The Flynn Fund supports scholarships and operating costs for Boston College's 750+ student-athletes and 31 varsity sports. Last year, over 4,400 alumni, parents and friends contributed more than $17 million to BC Athletics.
