Men's Swimmer John Maloy Sets New School Record in 200 IM

College Park, Md. - At the ACC Championships, Boston College men's swimmer John Maloy set his second individual record of the day in a 200 yard individual medley time trial yesterday at the Eppley Recreation Center Natatorium.
Maloy clocked in at 1:50.54, breaking the mark (1:53.69) set in competition earlier in the day by Andrew Clancey.
Maloy also holds the school record in the 500 yard freestyle (4:29.89), set during the preliminaries yesterday morning.
The Eagles currently sit in 10th place in the competition with 42 points, and will look to improve their position today with six different events scheduled.
