He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Massachusetts and recently completed his Master's Degree in Administrative Studies at BC. He began his career in athletics at the University of Utah, where he served as an intern and later Assistant and Director of Finance before accepting the position of Associate A.D./Business Affairs and Game Operations at Toledo.

She is responsible for assisting with the planning of practices and working with the backcourt players. She plays a key role in game preparation and scouting and in heading up BC's recruiting efforts.
"I am very pleased to announce these well-deserved promotions," DeFilippo says. "Vaughn, Mary Ann and Kelly have played key roles in the success of our Athletics program. All three have earned these promotions through hard work and dedication. We're fortunate to have them as members of our staff."
