Eagle Coaching Staff Welcomes Stanford Grad

CHESNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's tennis program welcomes Chestnut Hill, Mass. native Teryn Ashley to the Eagles' coaching staff. Ashley, a former Stanford All-American, helped lead the Cardinals to NCAA Team Championships in 1997 and 1999.
Currently, she is a professional tennis player with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) and has been ranked in the top 150 in the world in singles and 65 in doubles. Ashley took home the doubles title at ASB Bank in Aukland, New Zealand and has participated in all four Grand Slam Events in 2003.
The former Stanford captain unites with her younger sister and current Boston College Eagle co-captain, Allison.
