Wednesday Athletic Events Postponed

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College's two athletic events that were scheduled for Wed., September 12, have been postponed due to the national tragedy that occurred on Tuesday in New York City, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania and around the country.

Boston College was scheduled to play Boston University in field hockey at 7:00 p.m. in Alumni Stadium (a home game for Boston University) while the women's soccer team was to play Hartford at 3:00 p.m. on the BC Newton Campus.

Makeup dates for both events are to be announced.

On Tuesday, the BC vs. Northeastern volleyball match was postponed.
