Taking The 'T' To Boston College
July 11, 2000 | Boston College Athletics
The best way for any of our fans to travel to the game, especially those without specific parking arrangements, is to take public transportation, known to locals as the T.
The T makes transportation easy with ample parking at T stations convenient to major highways and popular hotels. The T recommends D Line trolley service from Riverside Station (Exit 22/Rte. 16E from Rte. 128). Guests of the Newton Holiday Inn or the Newton Marriot Hotel will find Riverside Station extraordinarily easy to use.
The T offers several Green Line stations located within short walking distances to Alumni Stadium. Use the map provided to plan your route!
| T Stop | Line | Approx. walk to stadium |
| Chestnut Hill | D Line | 7 mins. |
| Reservoir | D Line | 15 mins. |
| Cleveland Circle | C Line | 15 mins. |
| Boston College | B Line | 6 mins. |
Avoid the post-game rush and lines. Purchase your token fare ($1.00 from downtown) in advance at the T Customer Service van parked in front of Saint Ignatius Church located on the Commonwealth Avenue side of Alumni Stadium.
For T Information, you may call 617-222-3200, or visit the T web site at www.mbta.com.
