The Boston College Coed Sailing team won the NEISA Coed Championship over the weekend hosted by Brown University at the Edgewood Yacht Club and Ted Turner Sailing Pavilion.

The Eagles won the event with 149 points with Roger Williams in second with 167 points.
Â
In a very close division, the Eagles team of Scott Sinks, Alice Bohan and Tara Ferraris placed fourth overall with 88 points. Dartmouth placed first with 85 points, followed by Yale with 87 and Brown was third with 88 points.

Sinks, Bohan and Ferraris won the fifth race, placed second in the fourth race and finished the last three races with two third place finishes and a fifth.

The B Division team of Wade Waddell, Emma Perry and Katharine Bowman placed first with 61 points, followed by Roger Williams with 68 points and Dartmouth with 99.

Waddell, Perry and Bowman won the B Division by placing first in six races, including three straight (5, 6, 7). The team was also second in the ninth race and placed fourth in the 8thth race and final race of the day for the win.
