
Eagles Finish Fourth At Team Race National Championship

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College sailing team placed fourth overall in the LaserPerformance Team Race National Championship on the Cooper River hosted by the College of Charleston on Sunday. The race was cut down to just two days of racing due to pending inclement weather on Monday.
The top 16 teams raced for the Wood Traophy which host College of Charleton won.
The Eagles team included in the team race - Harry Koeppel, Erika Reineke, Scott Sinks , Hannah Lynn , Lily McGrath, Allison Ferraris, Tara Ferraris, Fiona Walsh, Henry Dumke  and Emma Perry '19.
After two events the Eagles have placed second in the women's race and picked up a fourth place in the team race. The Gill College Sailing Coed National Championship will begin on Tuesday. There will be two days of semifinal action followed by two days of final round racing.
