SERIES HISTORY:
- This will be the 12th meeting between Boston College and Notre Dame.
- Notre Dame has a 7-4 advantage in the all-time series.
- BC and Notre Dame first met on March 8, 1999, when the Fighting Irish defeated the Eagles, 13-9.
- The Eagles earned their first win against Notre Dame in a 10-9 victory in 2005. At the time, both teams were members of the Big East Conference.
- Since Notre Dame joined the ACC in 2014, the Eagles hold a 3-1 lead in the series.
- The two teams have never met in post-season action.
LAST TIME VS. NOTRE DAME:
- The teams last met on April 22, 2017, in Newton, Mass., when the Eagles earned the 16-10 come-from-behind victory.
- Notre Dame scored two goals in the final minute to take a 7-5 lead into the half.
- As the second half opened, BC quickly tied the game at 7-7 and then the two teams continued to trade goals to make it 9-9 five minutes into the half.
- Including the game-tying goal at 9-9, BC scored seven straight goals to take a 15-9 lead with 7:24 left to play.
- Kenzie Kent and Sam Apuzzo combined for 12 points in the contest.
- With the win, head coach Acacia Walker became the winningest coach in program history.

- Three Eagles earned All-ACC honors on Wednesday, April 26: Sam Apuzzo (First Team), Elizabeth Miller (Second Team) and Kate Weeks (Second Team).
- The Eagles rank in the top 10 in the nation in four categories: assists per game (7.59), draw controls per game (15.18), points per game (22.35), shots on goal per game (26.06).
- Boston College is 4-1 in its last five games.
