- Boston College (8-11, 1-5) will host #15/16 Duke University on Sunday at Conte Forum at 2 p.m. The game can be viewed on ACC Network Extra.

- The Eagles are coming off a home loss to No. 6 Notre Dame, 80-69, on Thursday night. Sophomore Mariella Fasoula led BC with 20 points and 14 rebounds, her fourth double-double of the season. Rookie Emma Guy pitched in with 14 points while senior Kelly Hughes and freshman Georgia Pineau added 11 points apiece.

- No. 15/16 Duke arrives at BC after a win over Virginia Tech, 84-59, on Thursday night. The Blue Devils were led by junior Lexie Brown with 29 points. Junior Rebecca Greenwell pitched in with 18 points.

-Â This is the 17th meeting between BC and Duke. This will be the 14th meeting between the two teams since BC joined the conference.

- The last time BC defeated Duke was on Jan. 22, 2015. The Eagles stunned then No. 13/15 Duke, 60-56, at Conte Forum. Emilee Daly scored 12 of her 17 points in the second half while Nicole Boudreau poured in 18 points. Both Daley and Boudreau had five three's apiece in the game.

- Senior Kelly Hughes is just one three-pointer away from 300 in her career. She is two from becoming the all-time leader male or female at BC. Troy Bell '03 is the men's all-time leader with 300 career three-pointers. Hughes is currently fifth on the ACC's All-Time three-pointers made list. One three will place her tied with former Maryland guard Kristi Toliver in fourth overall in the conference. The senior from New Jersey is also seven boards from 600 career rebounds. She will be the third BC guard to score over 1,000 points and 600 rebounds.   The other two are Sarah Behn and Kristen Doherty.       Â

- Rookie Taylor Ortlepp earned her first career start on against Notre Dame. Ortlepp played a career high 31 minutes and had eight points with four rebounds and four assists.

- Sophomore Mariella Fasoula had her fourth double-double (20-14) vs. Notre Dame. In the last two games she is averaging 20 points and 12.5 rebounds, while shooting 60 percent from the floor. In the last three games, Fasoula has scored 22, 20 and 20 points. She has scored 20 or more points in seven games this season.

- In the last three games, Boston College is averaging 15.3 assists, including 20 helpers on 27 field goals against Notre Dame on Thursday.
