- Boston College (13-7, 1-6 ACC) will travel to Atlanta for the last leg of a two-game road swing. BC will play at Georgia Tech on Sunday at 3 p.m.Fans can view the game on NESN or ESPN3.
- The Eagles are coming off a tough one-point loss at Syracuse on Wednesday. BC tied the game with 1:49 to play. With nine seconds to play, Briana Day blocked rookie Mariella Fasoula's (18 points) shot. Syracuse missed a jumper with three seconds left but Cornelia Fondren grabbed the rebound. Cornelia Fondren was fouled and calmly hit one of her shots to seal the win for Syracuse.
- Georgia Tech (12-9, 2-6 ACC) hosted No. 3/3 Notre Dame on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets fell, 54-42, despite holding the Irish to 12.5 percent from the three-point arc. Tech also hit 14-of-18 from the foul line while the Irish shot just 41 percent (10-for-24).
- In the last three games, Kelly Hughes is averaging 15 points, shooting 48 percent from the floor and averaging 10 rebounds, while senior Nicole Boudreau is averaging 5.3 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 7.7 points in the run.
- Kelly Hughes is second in the ACC and ninth the country in three's made. She made seven three's vs. Syracuse. It was the second time she made seven three's in a game. She has made five or more in 15 career games.

Mariella Fasoula pitched in with 18 points, while Nicole Boudreau added nine points, four rebounds and three assists. Senior forward Alexa Coulombe had a season-high seven assists.
