BC building off loss to Clemson
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College football team continues to look at the positives from the loss at Clemson.
Playing in one of the most hostile environments in all of college football was a learning experience for the plethora of first- and second-year players on the Eagles roster. Specifically, head coach Steve Addazio praised true freshman quarterback Jeff Smith on taking a "sizable step" in his first career start. As a whole, the game against the Tigers will provide Boston College with a lot to build off.Â
In other news, senior punter Alex Howell was named the Ray Guy Award Player of the Week for his 10-punt, 452-yard performance on Saturday night.Â
