Eagles Continue Hockey East Action Against UNH

BC and UNH will meet at Kelley Rink on Friday, Whittemore Center on Saturday.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Hockey East actions continues for the Boston College women's hockey team this weekend with a two-game series against New Hampshire. The Eagles will host the Wildcats at Kelley Rink on Friday night before traveling to the Whittemore Center on Saturday Afternoon.
The Eagles and Wildcats will face off at 6 p.m. on Friday and at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Both games will stream live on ESPN+.

• Brianna Brooks (3-7-10) and Emily Pinto (1-9-10) lead the Wildcats with 10 points each while Kira Juodikis (4-3-7) and Kyla Bent (4-1-5) are tied for the team lead in goals.
• Nicky Harnett and Ava Boutilier have both seen time between the pipes … Harnett is 3-3-0 with a .899 save percentage, 2.59 goals against average and one shutout … Boutilier is 2-7-0 with a 2.98 goals against average, .904 save percentage and one shutout.
• Hilary Witt is in her ninth season as head coach of the Wildcats … UNH was tabbed eighth in the Hockey East Preseason Coaches' poll.

• Friday's meeting will be the 79th all-time meeting between Boston and New Hampshire since the Eagles elevated to varsity status in 1994-95.
• Boston College swept the 2021-22 regular season series, picking up a 2-1 win at Kelley Rink on Oct. 15, 2021 before a 3-2 comeback win the next night in Durham ... the Eagles then took a 5-3 game on Feb. 4, 2022 in Durham.
• The Eagles took both meetings in 2020-21 ... in the first game of the 2020-21 season in Durham on Nov. 20, 2020 in a 6-2 win, Gaby Roy scored four goals.
